ssh over MacFUSE

Pretty cool: Google’s Mac OS X FUSE for user space file systems, nicely described by TinyApps.Org.

I feel more comfortable with standard scp, but I am excited to see file systems in the user space. Perhaps someone slings together an OpenID-enabled file system that uses OpenID attribute exchange?

Hans, I think you're an okay guy, but if I ever discover that I have a filesystem that starts throwing IOErrors when Firefox crashes because it's been using browser redirects as a transport mechanism, I'll... well, I'm not sure *what* I'll do, but you're not going to like it!

Kevin, haha, yes, I guess an OpenID filesystem would be a bit of a pipe dream.
