Yahoo! getting closer to OpenID

Come on in. Stay awhile. Yahoo! now lets you stay logged in for a period of two weeks.

In light of the launch of idproxy.net, with its strong ties to Yahoo!, and of how the current complaints against OpenID is phishing is made possible by the user logging in during the authentication flow, this makes total sense.

It seems Yahoo! is going OpenID all the way. Wow, that’s big.

Seems I was wrong in thinking we would have to wait till next week for some big news on OpenID.
